海洋電纜實驗室開展空間電場中避雷針電暈特性測試研究,在國內首開先河

近日,海(hai)檢(jian)中(zhong)心(xin)海(hai)洋(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室完成(cheng)了避(bi)雷(lei)(lei)(lei)針空間(jian)靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈(yun)試驗(yan)(yan)檢(jian)測業(ye)(ye)務(wu),對市場(chang)(chang)上(shang)有代表性的(de)11種避(bi)雷(lei)(lei)(lei)針進行(xing)了性能測試。這(zhe)是海(hai)洋(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室首次(ci)成(cheng)功利用(yong)(yong)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)設備形成(cheng)空間(jian)靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang),模擬雷(lei)(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)產(chan)生(sheng)前的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)環境(jing),對雷(lei)(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)防(fang)護產(chan)品引導雷(lei)(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)過程(cheng)進行(xing)測量,屬于(yu)研(yan)(yan)發型(xing)非標檢(jian)測項目。檢(jian)測過程(cheng)中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)最高(gao)可達(da)±900kV,在(zai)直(zhi)徑6米的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)下方產(chan)品均勻電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang),避(bi)雷(lei)(lei)(lei)針利用(yong)(yong)自身特性在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)中(zhong)產(chan)生(sheng)/抑制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈(yun)。 海(hai)洋(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室克服了時間(jian)短,要求(qiu)新(xin),任務(wu)重等諸多困(kun)難,創造性地采用(yong)(yong)了微安表和(he)自行(xing)定制的(de)分(fen)流(liu)(liu)器測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈(yun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(μA級,相當于(yu)日光燈電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)百萬分(fen)之一(yi))。同(tong)類測試項目在(zai)國內未見(jian)報道,屬行(xing)業(ye)(ye)首次(ci)進行(xing),對于(yu)雷(lei)(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)安全防(fang)護研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)具有重要意義。海(hai)洋(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室的(de)檢(jian)測能力和(he)報告的(de)專業(ye)(ye)性贏(ying)得國外客戶的(de)贊賞,客戶表達(da)了加強與海(hai)檢(jian)合作的(de)意向。 海(hai)檢(jian)檢(jian)測有限公司(si)首次(ci)組織(zhi)開展雷(lei)(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)防(fang)護裝置(zhi)的(de)檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)檢(jian)測,彰(zhang)顯(xian)了公司(si)的(de)檢(jian)測實(shi)力,為公司(si)在(zai)該領(ling)域檢(jian)測市場(chang)(chang)的(de)開拓起到積極(ji)作用(yong)(yong)。
