ABB和Siemens正在測試深水供電系統

隨著水(shui)(shui)下(xia)(xia)生(sheng)產(chan)技術(shu)的不斷進步,大(da)功率(lv)的水(shui)(shui)油分離(li)器(qi)、壓縮機(ji)等電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)設(she)(she)備正(zheng)加速應用于深(shen)水(shui)(shui)油氣田中,并(bing)且正(zheng)由水(shui)(shui)上(shang)鉆(zhan)井平臺慢(man)慢(man)轉到深(shen)海(hai),電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)設(she)(she)備轉到水(shui)(shui)下(xia)(xia)會(hui)更靠近(jin)井口、更節能(neng)、生(sheng)產(chan)效率(lv)更高(gao)。有些油氣公司更是想建立深(shen)水(shui)(shui)生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)廠(chang),深(shen)水(shui)(shui)工(gong)廠(chang)可以躲避冰山和(he)海(hai)上(shang)臺風影響,甚(shen)至有人認為遠海(hai)鉆(zhan)井平臺可能(neng)會(hui)慢(man)慢(man)被替(ti)代。多(duo)(duo)數水(shui)(shui)下(xia)(xia)設(she)(she)備都需要電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)驅動(dong),可靠、安(an)全的電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)供(gong)應對于水(shui)(shui)下(xia)(xia)生(sheng)產(chan)系統(tong)顯得越來越重要。經過(guo)五年多(duo)(duo)的研發,近(jin)日ABB和(he)Siemens宣布已經研發出了世界(jie)上(shang)首個深(shen)水(shui)(shui)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)(深(shen)水(shui)(shui)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站),這種深(shen)水(shui)(shui)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站建在海(hai)底(di),通過(guo)一根(gen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜與水(shui)(shui)上(shang)動(dong)力(li)源連接,為水(shui)(shui)下(xia)(xia)的所(suo)有用電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)備供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。Siemens開(kai)發的深(shen)水(shui)(shui)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站包括水(shui)(shui)下(xia)(xia)變壓器(qi)、水(shui)(shui)下(xia)(xia)中壓開(kai)關(guan)柜(ju)、水(shui)(shui)下(xia)(xia)變頻器(qi)。深(shen)水(shui)(shui)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站的供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)力(li)為1MW~15MW。
